About Queenstown/Arrowtown/Kawerau Gorge
Take in the sights of three of the most spectacular and scenic places in the South.
Start your day with us picking you up from your accommodation.
Enjoy a scenic tour around Queenstown, taking in the views and stopping for plenty of photos.
We will then head to Arrowtown, where you can spend as much time as you like exploring this picturesque settlement. Discover the boutique shops and museum, or try your hand at panning for gold.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants for a bite to eat and some refreshments.
Next, we’ll explore the stunning Kawarau Gorge with stops at the Roaring Meg — which feeds two small hydro power stations.
Experience the thrill of finding gold at the old miner’s camp, where gold nuggets are still being discovered today. Enjoy a tour of the goldfields and learn how gold was once found and extracted using traditional gold mining machinery.
On the way back to Queenstown, if you wish, we can make a stop at a local winery for some wine tasting.
Once back in Queenstown, we will drop you off at your accommodation.
We do not include the price for admission into experiences, but we are happy to assist with bookings for you.
